Mooring Rental Registration, Payment and Documentation
By signing up through this mechanism you will be able to pay for your seasonal Mooring, read and agree to our contract, and provide your Insurance documentation. If you have any questions about how to complete registration for your mooring, call OUW during their open hours at 608-262-1630.
If you would prefer to provide this documentation in person, please bring it to the Outdoor UW Office (hours available above) on the lower level of Memorial Union at 800 Langdon Street Madison, Wisconsin 53706.
Instructions:
1. Select your mooring field payment option (Field #1, Field #2 or Field #4)
2. Input your payment information
3. Read and Agree to the contract by clicking on the "I accept these terms" box
4. Complete the Insurance Questionaire
5. Complete the Boat Information Questionaire - Event Type
- Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Information
- Equipment/ Gear Required by Participant
- Food and Equipment Information
